As I walked through the stunning grounds of this Bali-inspired estate, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia wash over me. The vibrant colors, intricate details, and peaceful atmosphere instantly transported me back to my own journey through Bali. 8 years ago, I was on the road, a female solo backpacker that left everything to travel for 6 month in South East Asia. Two days after stepping in Bali, I felt upon my now husband. It was love at first sight.

As I drove up to the new 24 Carrots Venue in San Juan Capistrano, a rush of nostalgia washed over me. It was as if I had been transported back to the charming countryside of the South of France. The sight of olive trees, rosemary bushes, and old stones took me right back to my Dad's place in the Cevennes. And just like that, I felt at home.
